Rates

Our basic rate is $100 per hour, ensuring top-tier quality and dedicated attention to your project needs. Whether you're looking to produce a compelling video, create stunning graphics, or add dynamic motion graphics to your content, our team is here to bring your vision to life with professionalism and creativity.

After 15 min consultation is given, the required assets such as: pictures, logos and copy will need to be delivered in order for service to begin. Deposit of $100 for the first hour will need to be sent via cash app, Zelle, Vemo, or Pay Pal. Additional hours will be added upon clients final approval of project. At the end of session total hours will be calculated and final payment will be due at the end of session before final files will be sent via email and confirmation.

2. Scheduling a Video Call: Clients interested in creating a logo video or motion graphics should follow these steps:

  • Contact our company via email or phone to express interest in scheduling a video call.

  • Provide details about the project scope, including desired outcomes, target audience, and any specific ideas or concepts.

3. Initial Consultation: Upon receiving a client's request, our team will:

  • Schedule an initial consultation to discuss the project in detail.

  • Determine the feasibility of the project and gather necessary information such as brand guidelines, preferred styles, and any existing assets (e.g., logos, graphics).

4. Planning and Preparation: Prior to the scheduled video call, our team will:

  • Review all provided materials and client preferences.

  • Prepare a preliminary plan outlining the proposed approach for the logo video or motion graphics based on the initial consultation.

5. Conducting the Video Call: During the scheduled video call:

  • Our team will collaborate with the client to finalize the concept and storyboard.

  • Discuss timelines, milestones, and any additional requirements.

  • Confirm technical specifications and software preferences for production.

6. Production and Feedback: After the video call:

  • Our production team will commence work based on the agreed-upon plan.

  • Regular updates will be provided to the client throughout the production process.

  • Clients will have opportunities for feedback and revisions at key stages of development.

7. Final Delivery: Once the project is completed:

  • The final logo video or motion graphics will be delivered to the client in the agreed-upon format.

  • Our team will ensure client satisfaction by addressing any final adjustments or refinements as necessary.

8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and timely feedback during the production process.

  • Ensuring all necessary permissions and rights for any third-party materials used in the project.

  • Adhering to scheduled video calls and providing necessary input and approvals promptly.

9. Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

10. Amendments to Policy: This policy may be updated or amended as necessary to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, or company procedures. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

    We use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition to edit your videos
  • What if I have a hard time expressing what I am looking for?
    You don't need to have a fully formed vision in order to embark on your media creation journey. However, having a clear understanding of your brand identity and knowing your target audience is crucial. By knowing who you are and who you're trying to reach, we can work together to create a logo or video that effectively communicates your brand's essence and resonates with your desired audience. So, even if you don't have a fully defined vision yet, rest assured that I'll guide you through the process to uncover and capture the essence of your brand.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
